I have been using the stainless steel water bottle now for a few months and am very happy with it.
I have wrapped mine with leather to insulate it..
The only quirks some may have is that the stainless steel does conduct heat or cold very well..
You will burn yourself if you put something hot in it or your hands will get very cold if you put cold liquids in I fill mine 1/4 full then pop it in the freezer then in the morning I fill it with water and I have nice cold water all day long.
What also happens because I put it in the freezer is that the bottom will pop out when the water freezes and pushes the bottom out every once in awhile I just whack the bottom with a hammer to push it back into place since I really don’t stand mine up its not really a problem for me as I just open it take a swig and close it again and put it down again into my lunch pack…
