Making Rice Wine Saki of my own
Well I found the time to get things going just pored in the rice boiling the water got the sugar all set and ready to go…
will be interesting to see if this works as well as I have heard….
Saki update I racked the wine and got about 3/4 gal did a taste test and its not to shabby it even has a kick to it I like it and its so easy to make one thing I will try next time I make it is boil the rice first up instead of just poring boiling water into the rice…
2 liters water – boiled and dumped in with rice
.5 liter sugar
.5 liter rice
when temp is right pore in yeast
Rice Wine Rocks I’m Pished right now on about 10 oz it’s kicked me in the head real good..
