kingcomecrow wrote:really its an interesting question .. When to make a run for it ? .. when is too soon .. we can all figure out when its tooooo late, that, i think will be obvious
i will relate a little story i was told .. some may know it and if i told it already forgive me i am over 50 lol
if you were to have a pot of hot water on the stove, and were to put a live frog in there,he would do anything at all to jump out .. might be burned a bit but money is on him being outa the hot water
BUT if you put a frog in a pot of cold water and put it on the stove and ever so slowly cranked up the heat a little at a time, chances are he would slowly swim around till he was cooked .. the heat rising so slow he didnt notice, why he may have even been comfortable .. enjoying it till it was too late .
the million dollar question is .. is the water getting progressively hotter around us .. are we becoming too complacent?
food for thought really
